User Access

Access to the Resource Lens portal is managed through users and groups assigned to the Resource Lens enterprise application in Microsoft Entra ID.

Recommended roles

• Resource Lens Owners manage settings, billing, scopes, permissions, and user access.
• Resource Lens Analysts run analysis and review recommendations.
• Resource Lens Viewers read dashboards, runs, and recommendation details.
• Optional tenant-wide Microsoft Graph User.Read consent can display names and profile photos; without it, users can consent individually and initials remain the fallback.
