Service Health
Resource Lens exposes separate production API checks for process availability and dependency readiness.
- Live status confirms that the API process can serve requests.
- Ready status confirms that required configured dependencies pass readiness checks.
Incident handling
For an unavailable workspace or failed analysis, record the UTC time, affected tenant, analysis run ID, correlation ID, and failing health result, then use the support channel attached to the Azure Marketplace offer. Never include credentials, tokens, secrets, or full Azure resource payloads.
Degraded dependencies
Azure Resource Manager, Cost Management, Monitor, Advisor, Microsoft Entra, Marketplace, regional model capacity, and customer permissions can affect individual capabilities even when the API is live. Resource Lens preserves run status and reports actionable failures rather than treating incomplete evidence as a successful recommendation.
